A strong organizational culture is built on shared beliefs and values that are supported by strategy and structure. This course provides participants with the knowledge and tools to assess and improve their organization's health. Through hands-on activities, leaders will learn how to conduct a self-assessment of their organizational culture, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to enhance the overall health and effectiveness of their organization. Key Learnings: • Understand the key components of organizational health and culture • Learn how to assess and evaluate your organization's culture • Identify key drivers that shape a healthy organizational environment • Create and implement plans to address areas of concern and build an excellent culture Modality: • Organizational health assessment and analysis • Team activities with breakout groups • Presentations using PPT & whiteboard Duration: • 3 hours Cost: • $1000 for a class of 15-20 people ($75 per person)
