Service Description
Exceptional leadership goes beyond simply managing teams—it’s about deeply understanding and exceeding customer expectations. This course equips leaders with the skills to deliver people-centric service while maintaining authenticity and transparency. Participants will explore the principles of trauma-informed leadership and learn how to implement the ACT leadership model to inspire and develop others effectively. By the end of the course, leaders will be prepared to foster positive interactions and create a lasting impact on their teams and customers.
