This course guides leaders through the psychological processes their teams experience during organizational change. Participants will learn how to support their teams through the beginning, middle, and end of transitions, ensuring that changes are not only implemented but fully embraced. By focusing on the emotional and cultural aspects of change, this course helps leaders create resilient organizations ready to capitalize on new opportunities. Key Learnings: • Navigate all stages of change transitions: beginning, middle, and end • Recognize the role of culture in successful change management • Engage stakeholders at all levels effectively • Develop communication plans that support smooth transitions Modality: • 4P’s worksheet completion • Team activities with breakout groups • Presentations using PPT & whiteboard Duration: • 4 hours Cost: • $1500 for a class of 15-20 people ($100 per person)
