Unconscious biases shape our perceptions and interactions in ways we may not realize. This course helps leaders and employees recognize and address these biases to create a more inclusive and culturally competent workplace. Through guided discussions and practical activities, participants will learn to identify different types of unconscious biases and develop strategies to mitigate their impact. By the end of the course, attendees will be better equipped to lead with cultural competency and foster an environment of respect and understanding.
